Yes! All of HomeTech’s assets and services are redundant. In addition, HomeTech has procured the services of a backup recovery specialist to ensure we will be back up and running within 48 hours of a major earthquake or other catastrophe.

What audio file formats can you transcribe?

How soon can I start using my V2P Dictation account?

HomeTech can have you set up for dictation within one hour – it’s that easy! You will have easy-to-use printed instructions to start dictating right away.

How soon can I start using my Hosted Call Recording account?

How often am I charged for services and can I receive my invoice via email?

HomeTech invoices our clients at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s services. Invoices can be billed by claim number, or other customizations- as needed. Our clients have the option of receiving their invoice hard copy via US Mail, or electronically via email.

Do you offer translation services?

Yes! HomeTech has Spanish translators on staff. If you have other translation requirements, please call us at 1-800-377-5147.

Do you “offshore” your transcription work?

No.

What size tapes can we send to you?

HomeTech can handle all sizes of cassettes. Send us your standard, mini, micro and Infomotion cassettes for guaranteed turnaround times and superior quality service.
